This pattern is for what I call the Flirty Fancy Skirt/Dress. This pattern is Skill Level: Easy. It uses basic stitches, simple color changes and no shaping. Why Flirty Fancy? This skirt/dress adds something flirty and fancy to an average skirt or dress. You can layer it with a plain skirt or dress to make it a bit more "fancy", or you can wear it as a cover up on the beach to be a bit "flirty". However you choose to wear it you will be noticed! SHINE ON!!
